This project renovated 350,000 square foot abandoned manufacturing building into one hundred forty-five residential apartments.  Approximately three hundred (300) bathrooms for individual apartments and public toilet rooms were planned to meet ADA requirements.  A minimum of 25% of the total apartment units toilets were designed to be adaptable and all “public” toilet rooms were designed to be ADA compliant meeting New York State Building Code.  The complex was served by a primary service from the Utility and the landlord is able to offer electric service and reduced rates to the tenants.  Each apartment includes individual gas fired furnaces and hot water heaters. Common spaces are heated and cooled with roof top equipment
