30,000 square foot renovation existing medical office space in Delmar, NY into a new Bariatric and Nutrition Clinic.  The building has LED lighting and VAV HVAC System with hot water reheat. The project coverted a non-compliant facility into a modern medical clinic meeting the most recent Article 28 Standards.
