The project replaced the original high efficiency boilers that provides domestic hot water & heat for 15 buildings (approximately 1800 apartments) at Patterson Housing in New York City. Project includes: (5) 350 horsepower high efficiency boilers, new condensate return system, new stainless steel boiler breeching, and all piping within the boiler plant.
