This project renovated two floors of an existing five story retail building in downtown Binghamton into a restaurant and craft brewery.  The 15,000 square foot renovation included 2500 square ft of bar area, 4,000 square ft of dining area. A full kitchen with cooking equipment walk in freezer and cooler and complete brewing facility. The building renovated in 2012 was one of the first craft breweries in the rapidly expanding sector
