36,000 square foot complete renovation of the colleges 3 story visual arts building. The project includes renovation of the existing space, and the addition of a new 3 story studio “wing” as well as a new studio and mechanical space above the existing Gallery. The renovation works “with” the existing building to the fullest extent possible, enhancing the functionality of the studio, teaching, gallery and office spaces while providing new finishes through-out. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical work included a complete replacement of all systems with new energy efficient technology.
