22,000 square foot complete renovation of the colleges humanities building.  The project included a complete replacement of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to current standards.

The systems were coordinated with campus facilities department to optimize their new cogeneration system.  State of the art ventilation and control systems were installed.  LED lighting and control systems were provided throughout, classroom audio video and network technology was included and the building was connected to the campus wide fire alarm and mass notification system
