Phases 1 & 2 Reconstruction and Alterations at Multiple District Buildings (2018), Estimated Construction $4.9 Million includes infrastructure upgrades to hvac equipment including boilers and DDC systems, fire suppression, plumbing piping and fixtures, lighting, fire alarm systems, PA and master clock systems.  

Reconstruction and Alterations Phase 2 at Multiple District Buildings (2015), Estimated Construction $3.3 Million.  Miscellaneous plumbing, hvac, electrical and communications infrastructure renovations at multiple district buildings.  

Reconstruction and Alterations Phase 1 at Multiple District Buildings (2014), Estimated Construction $1.8 Million.  Miscellaneous mechanical, and electrical renovations to multiple district buildings.  

MS/HS Concession Stand, Press Box & Fields - Construction $2.7 Million.  Engineered Solutions completed MEP design of new Sports Field Complex in coordination with Appel Osborne and Mosaic Associated.  Design included new sports field lighting, scoreboards, and concession building.  Completed Fall 2009.

HS Reconstruction - Construction $8.2 Million; Pool filtration and dehumidification systems replacement, miscellaneous reconstruction, auditorium reconstruction and theatrical systems replacement.  Pool Data:  Six lane 141,888 gallon swimming pool; design included new main drains in pool and relined entire main drain pipe installed below the pool.  Installed ne deck drains, filter room backwash pit sump pumps, pool heater, pool and filter room ventilation system, power and lighting.  Completed 2008.
